Customer Service Representative

BuildPulse is looking for a Customer Service Representative. A successful candidate will be comfortable communicating over the phone and via mail answer technical question about the online reports and data generated by the BuildPulse platform.  This role will also work with the onboarding team and development team to work through technical issues with data alignment and corrections.

BuildPulse helps building owners and operators unlock the data in their buildings and HVAC Lighting systems. We provide easy to use reports that allow anyone on the team to drill down from building to system level problems. We make analyzing data fast, easy, and useful. BuildPulse identifies the root causes of HVAC equipment failures and inefficiencies, so that owners do not have to become experts in data analysis and can focus on what they do best.

Responsibilities:

  • Run virtual trainings to enable clients to use the BuildPulse Tool Effectively
  • Create documentation/resources for clients to refer to when they have questions
  • Address support tickets to help clients understand the system reports and improve data alignment

Useful Skills:

  • HVAC system knowledge *helpful but not required)
  • Very comfortable using online meeting software such as Zoom meetings or GoToMeeting
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical information
  • Previous experience in customer service and having direct interaction with client
Compensation:
  • Full time (40/hrs per week)
  • $45,000-$55,000 DOE + equity
